ERP Project Manager

W2 ONLY - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A 4 DAY ONSITE HYBRID SCHEDULE IN SPRINGFIELD, MA WITHOUT RELOCATION - NO CORP TO CORP OR VISA TRANSFER/SPONSORSHIP

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex ERP and enterprise system implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering large-scale technology projects, managing cross-functional teams, and successfully balancing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• PMP Certification (Required)
• 6+ years of Project Management experience
• Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex enterprise projects
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing vendors, consultants, and implementation partners
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining delivery commitments
• Strong experience with project governance, RAID management, budgeting, resource planning, and executive reporting

• Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status reporting
• Manage vendor relationships and implementation partners
• Drive accountability across project teams and stakeholders
• Ensure project objectives align with business priorities and strategic goals

• ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Workday, Epicor, or similar
• Experience with data conversion, systems integration, testing, training, and organizational change management
• Experience managing large-scale business transformation
