Research and Development Solution Architect – Digital Lab Operations

Lead and oversee the design and implementation of solutions for Digital Lab Operations Research & CMC operations
Ensure alignment with architecture strategy and governance standards
Lead the Lab In the Loop implementation with the In Silico Research organisation
Collaborate with business stakeholders and Digital Labs Operations & CMC experts to understand functional and technical requirements
Streamline and simplify existing architecture
Deliver reusable services and identify cost-saving opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other domains to deliver complete, operable solutions aligned with business processes
Provide leadership for Digital Labs Operations & CMC development architecture within projects
Evaluate product usefulness and cost during supplier selection
Create and maintain current- and target-state architecture roadmaps
Establish strategic direction, choose technologies, and set standards for the Digital Labs Operations & CMC development domain

• 5-8+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field;
  Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in similar fields required
• Good understanding of existing IT technologies, data types, and ontologies at Sanofi R&D
• Extensive background in designing, developing, and optimizing IT solutions
• Understanding of Digital Labs Operations & CMC processes and workflows
• Global/multi-cultural experience
• Strong vendor relationship management skills
• Solid experience in Solution Architecture
• Experience with GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations and ensuring compliance in IT solution design and implementation
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical/solution design aligned with business goals
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Snowflake, Git Hub, IICS, Python, Openshift, ReactJS, SQL, AWS, and Azure
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
