We’re partnering with a well-established, family-oriented independent insurance agency who is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and servicing a diverse commercial book of business while delivering a high level of client service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and service a diverse book of Commercial Lines accounts across multiple industries
- Handle all lines of commercial coverage, including standard and surplus lines placements
- Process endorsements, renewals, certificates, audits, policy changes, and quoting activities
- Review accounts, identify coverage needs, and support account rounding, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities when appropriate
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance within agency systems and documentation processes
- Utilize AMS
360 to manage workflows, account activity, and policy information (experience preferred but not required) - Collaborate closely with teammates to deliver excellent client outcomes and maintain service standards
- 2+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management or Commercial CSR experience
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages across a variety of industries
- Experience with endorsements, renewals, certificates, audits, quoting, and account servicing activities
- AMS
360 experience preferred - Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive within a collaborative, family-focused culture
- $75,000 – $100,000 base salary depending on experience
