As a Disability Income Claims Examiner, you'll collaborate with professionals across claims, medical, financial, and vocational disciplines to help customers navigate the disability claims process. Help clients navigate important life events by delivering thoughtful and timely claim decisions.
Review and analyze medical, financial, and occupational information to support accurate, well-informed claim decisions.
Partner with experts across claims - medical, vocational, and financial disciplines - to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Build trusted relationships through clear communication, empathy, and exceptional service.
Leverage technology, data, and critical thinking to make informed decisions and improve customer experiences.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree + 1+ years of customer service experience, or Bachelor's degree
1+ years demonstrated ability to communicate information clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to customers, peers, or other stakeholders through academic, internship, volunteer, or work experiences
1+ years demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, staying organized, and meeting deadlines
Bachelor’s degree
1+ years demonstrated ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions
3+ years of experience with Individual Disability Income, Long-Term Disability, or Long-Term Care claims.
Prior customer service, investigative or analytical experience.
Eager to learn, ask thoughtful questions, and understand how things work.
Enjoy reviewing details, connecting facts, and solving problems.
