Overview
Language Bridge, LLC is seeking qualified, bilingual interpreters who are native speakers of Burmese and Karen to provide interpretation services on an as-needed basis in the Springfield, Massachusetts area. We provide interpretation and translation services for legal and medical organizations as well as for community-based agencies, schools, social services, and a variety of other institutions.
Responsibilities- Provide interpretation services for legal and medical settings as requested, and for community-based agencies, schools, social services, and other institutions.
- Offer translation services where applicable.
- Work flexible hours and select assignments based on availability.
- Native or fluent bilingual/bicultural speakers of Burmese and Karen.
- Willing to work on an as-needed basis in the Springfield, MA area.
- Reliable transportation and internet access required.
- Experience in interpretation and/or translation is preferred.
