Epic seeks an experienced attorney to join our legal team in Madison, WI. The role requires relocation to the area and will support our growth as we expand into new markets.

The Senior In-House Litigation Attorney will manage complex litigation and counsel on risk across regulatory, competition, and healthcare law. Responsibilities include handling multi‑million dollar disputes, proactive risk counseling, presenting high‑stakes proceedings, and building relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.

• Lead and manage complex litigation matters, including drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, and conducting oral arguments.
• Provide risk‑mitigation counsel on regulatory, competition, and healthcare matters.
• Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings and support settlement negotiations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.

• JD and substantial litigation experience with a focus on risk mitigation.
• Demonstrated ability in drafting motions, briefs, and oral advocacy.
• Strong academic and professional background with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Relocation to Madison, WI is required and will be fully reimbursed.
