State Licensed Senior IP Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property.

Key Responsibilities Develop strategies to defend the company in high-stakes IP disputes Shape the company's patent portfolio strategy and manage patent preparation and prosecution Engage in thought leadership and advise on legislative and judicial developments in IP

Required Qualifications Current license in a U.S. state with a JD or equivalent and 5+ years of patent preparation and prosecution and/or patent litigation experience Deep knowledge of crypto or the ability to become a crypto expert Experience in the crypto industry is a plus, but not required High degree of self-sufficiency and ability to make independent judgments Action-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver impact within the first 90 days
