Virginia Licensed Staff Attorney

A company is looking for a Staff Attorney (NIV) to manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based non-immigrant visas in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based non-immigrant visas and associated filings Supervise a team of paralegals and effectively manage client relationships Conduct legal research and draft legal documents to support client requests

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience as a business immigration attorney U.S. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) and member of a state bar in good standing Ability to manage complex case strategies and understand nuanced immigration law concepts Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and immigration case management systems
