Required Qualifications At least five years of significant legal experience in a law firm or in-house corporate legal department Strong experience negotiating intellectual property agreements, particularly license agreements California Bar membership is required Ability to manage multiple high-volume, high-priority projects with minimal supervision Experience working independently under tight deadlines in a team environment
