Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on operational and regulatory matters to physicians, practice managers, and Regional Vice Presidents Draft, review, and negotiate operational contracts and manage commercial leases for clinics Oversee litigation and disputes, managing outside counsel and coordinating responses to licensing inquiries
Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 6-8+ years of legal experience, preferably in a multistate healthcare services organization Strong foundation in employment law, operational contracting, and litigation management Experience advising healthcare operations is preferred
