Who Should Apply?We are looking for a team player with personal injury litigation experience or the desire to work and learn the litigation process and manage personal injury claims. The person we hire must be highly motivated and bring a high level of energy to work every day. If you prefer to be a lone wolf or feel uncomfortable sharing your knowledge, this job is not for you.
The person we hire will know what it means to build relationships – not just with our clients and our team members, but with every person who interacts with our firm. The person we hire will be goal oriented and have outstanding time management and organizational skills.
Work directly with experienced personal injury attorneys
Maintain case status in firm case management system
· Perform client treatment status updates and obtain outstanding medical bills and records
· Create medical treatment and bill summaries
Speak with witnesses and obtain statements
Draft Complaints and outgoing discovery requests
E-file Complaints and discovery motions
Work directly with clients to answer discovery requests
Manage attorney calendar and schedule litigation events, including depositions
Summarize voluminous discovery responses
Prepare statutory certification of medical records for trial
Prepare releases and accounting of settlements
Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies and procedures
Be a team player that consistently acts with respect and integrity
Undergraduate degree required

Compensation ranges from $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with bonus opportunities.
Additional Perks:· Paid time off (PTO):
After a three-month probationary period, team members enjoy 40 hours PTO (used as vacation or sick time). After an additional 3 months, team members receive an additional 40 hours of PTO. After a year, team members get 120 hours PTO to be used in the next year. Unused PTO is paid as hourly income before the anniversary of hire. The firm recognizes paid holidays and offers bereavement leave.
· Health insurance coverage:
Employer pays ¾ of the premium for the individual health plan. Eligibility begins 30 days from the date of hire.
· Employer contributed Health Savings Account:
Employees choosing to participate in the health insurance plan will receive a Health Savings Plan with an annual employer contribution of $1,000 ($500 in March and $500 in October) to help off‑set the $2,000 deductible, or to be…
