Dominos Pizza on Boston RD in Springfield MA is hiring Assistant Managers.
Responsibilities and
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work nights and weekends and have free availability.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, good driving records, and a reliable vehicle.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Possibility to advance to become a manager and a franchisee.

Pay Transparency (Massachusetts)- Delivery Drivers: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour, includes tips + gas reimbursement.
- Insiders: $15.50 – $17.00 per hour.
- Assistant Managers: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour, plus operational excellence incentives, PTO, career advance opportunities.
- General Managers: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour, plus operational excellence incentives, paid time off, and career advance opportunities.
