Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

Arrow is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials while leveraging your analytical skills to optimize logistics operations.

• Directs and coordinates the movement of all inbound, outbound, and foreign‑to‑foreign freight movements.
• Responsible for quoting freight charges utilizing preferred freight vendors; must understand freight variables (class, weight, dimensional weights, service levels). Experience in white glove service/on‑site packaging preferred.
• Uses judgment to determine best methods of freight movement to assist Trade in making decisions during the order acquisition process; provides solutions to complex logistics transactions.
• Provides outbound in‑transit tracking for internal and external customers.
• Executes shipments including TL, LTL and secured freight; must book freight using online tools.
• Works with freight vendors to arrange freight movement and rearrange in transit to satisfy customer needs.
• Coordinates drop‑shipments and processes receiving and shipping information through the ERP system.
• Works with management and freight carriers to ensure all freight charges are complete and accurate, as quoted by carriers and negotiated tariffs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Typically requires a 2‑year degree and 2–4 years of experience or high‑school graduate with equivalent related experience; may require specific certifications.
• Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
• Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area.
• Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
• Identifies problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.

• Fully Office.
• Shift: Mon‑Fri 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; overtime may be required.

$27.00 (Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.)
