Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP) processes tailored for synchronized production, inventory, and demand within military programs.
- Leverage industry best practices and emerging trends in SI&OP for continuous improvement in a military program environment.
- Establish and maintain a Military Programs Master Production Schedule for efficient production planning and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with military procurement, production, and logistics teams to gather insights for decision‑making.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to gather information and insights for effective decision‑making.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SI&OP and program scheduling.
- Help identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks within military programs, ensuring continuity of supply and minimizing disruptions.
- Utilize advanced analytics within the ERP system to generate reports on SI&OP process performance.
- Lead a dedicated team of cross‑functional leaders in the execution of the SI&OP process.
- Drive initiatives focused on process development and improvement within the business, emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SI&OP and master scheduling within military programs.
- Expertise in utilizing ERP systems for SI&OP processes.
- Strong understanding of military supply chain, logistics and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams within a military program environment.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems and advanced planning software.
- Typically, a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of related experience.
