This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Team Lead, based in Springfield, MA. The Operations Team Lead will oversee daily operational processes, ensure the team meets performance standards, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising and managing team members, analyzing operational efficiency, coordinating workflows, and addressing any challenges to improve operations. The role will involve close coordination with other departments to achieve business goals effectively.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Communication to ensure positive client experiences and clear internal coordination.
• Proven expertise in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to ensure processes run efficiently and resolve challenges effectively.
• Experience in People Management and team leadership to motivate, support, and coordinate staff members.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years experience of handling operational duties
