Program Supervisor

The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Program Supervisor to join one of our Group Living Environment’s located in East Longmeadow. This 4-bedroom site serves elderly women with persistent mental illness and complex medical issues.

In this role you will be a part of the 12‑member team of supervisors within our residential programs.

• Hiring and supervision of direct care staff
• Staying current with MAP protocols and licensing within the program
• Must be capable of managing, coaching, and leading a group of seasoned staff to the next level

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s level or better preferred
• Must pass background screening process including CORI
• Valid driver’s license and have a clear driving record check
• Have reliable transportation, for occasional business use

• Current: CPR & First Aid certification and MAP certification preferred
• Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all the necessary details to get the task done well
• Enthusiastic: Maintain an upbeat, positive morale
• Ability to Make an Impact: Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a program and organization

This is a full-time, on-site role. Hours are 9am-5pm. With on-call rotation once every 5 weeks.

$52,000 annually
