Global Real Estate & Facilities Management Global Real Estate and Facilities Management teams act as strategic partners for business, balancing long-term portfolio optimization with day-to-day operational excellence. The overall team is responsible for portfolio management, Global Facilities Operations, Workplace experience & Sustainability and Financial oversight & capital projects, while optimizing value in a global hyper-growth company.

* Position Overview:
**** Director of Global Facilities Management
** leads global teams across ~20 sites to ensure regulatory compliance, safety and world-class maintenance that supports business growth and employee experience. Responsible for all aspects of facilities, maintenance and compliance for all global sites and offices (16 existing and 4 new). This role collaborates with key functions like
** Operations**,
** Real Estate**, and
** Security

** Facilities Management KPIs*
* ** Responsibilities:
**** Strategic Leadership & Process Architecture*
* • Lead Facilities strategy and ensure management of all building maintenance, janitorial, repair, renovations, demolitions, additions, and new construction in owned or leased buildings
• Manage all technical, financial, and administrativefacilities projects to ensure operational excellence and fullregulatory compliance.
• Keep stakeholders appraised of progress and significant developments on key projects.
• Own site’s Emergency response plan in conjunction with site leader.
• Partner with Indirect procurement and EHS team to ensure compliance to Contractor Safety program
** Team & Stakeholder Management*
* • Lead and mentor Site Facilities managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with site leaders to conduct monthly reviews and drive actionablefacility KPIs.
• Develop & maintain strong partnership with key stakeholders
** Operational Excellence*
* • Maintain and generate strategy for preventative maintenance and work tasks.
• Responsible for site receptionist, cafeteria and Security operations in conjunction with relevant functions.
• Plan, schedule, forecast, and balance department workload
• Manage facilities projects for cost, schedule, safety and quality
• Manage and maintain company assets for audit review
** Business & Technical Interface*
* • Partner with global EHS and Sustainability teams to drive initiatives and best practices.
• Partner with Finance counterpart to own & optimize budgets for facilities
** Continuous Improvement*
* • Standardize operating procedures and policies for the facilities, with report on key KPI
• Improve base costs including energy cost reductions
• Serve as liaison for Indirect Sourcing for facility related items and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve employee experience in this area
** Required Leadership/Interpersonal Skills & Behaviors:*

• Power distribution, HVAC and fire protection systems knowledge

* Education and Experience:

* • 12+ years of Facilities Management & Operations support experience with a global manufacturing organization, preferably in the medical devices industry.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations or Business Administration, preferred
• Master's degree in business administration or related discipline a strong plus.
• Knowledge of leading operations and supply practices such as Lean and Six Sigma, preferred
