We are seeking a hands‑on District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations across the Cape Cod area.
This role is ideal for a strong operator who thrives in the field, develops General Managers, and drives performance across 5–12 locations.
District Manager / Multi‑Unit Manager What You’ll Be Responsible For- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants
- Drive sales, labor management, and cost control
- Coach and develop General Managers
- Ensure brand standards and operational consistency
- Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews
- Lead hiring, staffing, and talent development
- Support new store openings and operational improvements
- Monitor KPIs including sales, food cost, labor %, and guest metrics
- 5+ years multi‑unit restaurant experience
- Strong P&L understanding
- Proven leadership of General Managers
- Experience in QSR or high‑volume operations
- Ability to work weekends and peak seasons (Cape Cod market)
- Local market knowledge preferred
