Description- Ensure a realistic and positive P&L, cash flow statement, and balance sheet for both short‑term and long‑term viability of the organization and individual location.
- Set a personal production example for all staff, maintaining pace and intensity.
- Sell and promote all Vaco lines of business by attracting new clients and consultants while building ongoing relationships to maintain the client base.
- Attract, develop, train, retain, and motivate sales and recruiting talent.
- Work with producers to set realistic expectations, coaching, and motivating talent to enable producer success.
- Identify line‑of‑business leadership and provide individuals with tools and support to lead their teams.
- Foster brand identity in local markets through social media, events, and public relations aligned with Vaco’s global marketing.
- Contribute to Vaco’s global initiatives by promoting cross‑location and functional sharing of best practices.
- Develop succession plans for key leadership roles, including Anchor Partner and line‑of‑business leaders.
- Other duties may be added or amended as required.

- Minimum 8–10 years of experience with a staffing and/or consulting company, including contract placement sales and progressive supervisory responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred degrees in business, accounting, finance, audit, IT, or an MBA; CPA designation preferred.
- Repeat recognition as a top performer.
10% travel (e.g., 10% to varying locations, 90% of the time working from an office).
Physical Demands- Frequent: sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination, and repetitive motion.
- Occasional: standing and bending.
- Infrequent: lifting up to 10 pounds.
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 USD.
Eligible for incentive compensation programs, discretionary bonuses, and standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
