Builders International is seeking an experienced Office Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Springfield headquarters. In this role, you will manage personnel, oversee daily office operations, and coordinate warehouse storage, shipping, and receiving — all while working alongside a dedicated team that is passionate about global construction ministry. Your work directly supports the care and responsiveness our giving partners and field missionaries depend on, making sure that the day‑to‑day runs smoothly so the mission never misses a beat.
Responsibilities- Manage personnel and oversee daily office operations.
- Coordinate warehouse storage, shipping, and receiving functions.
- Maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations to support giving partners and field missionaries.
- 3–5 years of office management experience.
- Strong computer and phone skills.
