** Join the power movement as Manager, Product Lifecycle Management
** The PLM Manager will be a key member of the IT leadership team, responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of all Product Lifecycle Management systems and projects. This role will lead a team of technical experts, define the PLM roadmap, and ensure the successful delivery of PLM solutions that align with the company's engineering and business objectives.### What you'll do:
* Oversee and manage the entire portfolio of PLM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
* Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of Teamcenter and AVEVA subject matter experts
* Define and own the strategic roadmap for all PLM systems, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with future business needs
* Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other key business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective PLM solutions
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure the continuous improvement and optimization of PLM tools and processes
* Establish and enforce PLM governance, standards, and best practices across the organization
* Serve as the central hub between engineering, design, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient collaboration
* Identifying opportunities to improve product development efficiency and reduce time-to-market###

What we’re looking for:

* Bachelor's degree
* Active PLM implementation and/or administration of large scale PLM toolset (Teamcenter, PTC, Enovia/Solidworks, etc.)
* Consultative/collaborative approach to internal customers  + Customer service mindset
* Process and data orientation
* Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
* Deep understanding of PLM processes, including change management, BOM management, and configuration### Bonus points for:
* Direct experience implementing and/or administering Team Center/ Aveva
* Demonstrated success in a leadership role
* ERP experience
* MES experience
* Digital thread/twin implementation experience
* Leading without managing experience
* Plan-to-manufacture
* Evolve to rapidly changing technology and business requirements### Must-have requirements:
* Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
* Perform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time
* Willingness to occasionally travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call
* Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics $110,000 - $185,000 a year Salary range for this full-time position + equity + benefits*.
