Summary

The Regional Maintenance Manager will oversee multiple maintenance facilities across the region, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and performance standards are consistently met. This role is responsible for leading maintenance teams, managing financial performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all locations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage teams of diesel technicians and service managers across multiple locations
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and service quality
  • Maintain full P&L responsibility for multiple service locations
  • Implement and enforce operational procedures and maintenance standards
  • Travel regularly between facilities to support operations and leadership teams
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and safety regulations across all locations
  • Manage staffing, hiring, and scheduling across regional operations
  • Audit maintenance activities and monitor KPIs to drive performance improvements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business growth
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in heavy diesel maintenance or fleet management leadership
  • Strong leadership and team management experience across multiple locations
  • Experience with P&L management and operational performance tracking
  • Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance systems, and repair operations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Willingness to travel within the region and work flexible schedules
  • Bachelor’s degree or technical certification preferred
  • Experience with in truck leasing or fleet services environment preferred
Salary

Salary: $115K-$140K
