We are seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager for Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance of facilities within a regional area. In this role you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for associates and customers.

• Require approximately 50% or more travel within the region.
• Work directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs.
• Work directly with vendors and contractors as necessary.
• Provide reporting and analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to uphold good standing with authorities.
• Participate in training programs to stay current with regulatory requirements and conduct site inspections.
• Obtain and secure all necessary permits and schedule inspections as mandated by mechanical/building codes.

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3‑5 years.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills – able to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Communication/Interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving skills – root cause and breakdown analysis.

• EPA Universal Certification.
• PMP Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma.
• Current Massachusetts Master Electrician License in good standing.
• Maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in state of employment.

• Licensed Master Electrician and 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in the above areas with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Master Electrician License or equivalent in the state you will be working.

• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Supervisory experience in a maintenance or environmental setting.
• Type I and Type II EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Experience in Building Controls or related area.
• External work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in optical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments.
