Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees base salary and incentive programs, job evaluations, and salary survey participation and procurement.
- Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organization’s pay programs.
- Ensures that all compensation‑related activities are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Evaluates the organization’s jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions.
- Manages the annual compensation planning cycle, including development of incentive salary increase budgets.
- Supports implementation and ongoing maintenance of salary structure.
- Supports annual budget planning process.
- Supports Recruiting team and hiring process and partners with HRBPs to determine appropriate compensation for employees.
- Presents data and analysis appropriate at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical with strong project management, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong client service skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Collaborate with functional and technical staff, both internal and external, to achieve required results.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and be part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done on time.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
- Experience in ERP/SaaS solutions (ADP Vantage, Lattice, Workday) is preferred.
Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000–$95,000 annually, depending on factors such as location, skill set, and experience.
