Philanthropy Massachusetts (PMA) is seeking a Vice President, Member Programs & Engagement (VP) to serve as a senior member of the executive leadership team. This role leads the strategy, design, and execution of high-quality programs that deliver an exceptional member experience and strengthen the philanthropy ecosystem.

Position details

  CEO
• Location:
  
  Massachusetts (hybrid – 3 days in office, including Thursday “all in” day)
• Travel:
  Local/regional meetings and conferences several times annually
• Experience required: 8+ years senior level experience leading programs or member services, including team management
• Compensation: $115,000–$125,000 (firm), plus benefits
• Role breakdown:
  Program 60% / Strategy 20% / Operations 20%

• Policy and civic engagement coordination
• Executive and organizational leadership
