Vice President of Operations – Full time - near Boston

Onsite

Profit And Loss Experience In An Orthopedic Setting Required.

Physician Practice Management highly preferred.

Salary, bonus and relocation assistance provided.

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple sites, with oversight of financial performance, compliance, patient experience, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Operations will:

  • Drive growth in patient volume while improving access to high-quality care
  • Lead operational, clinical, and financial performance across the region
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and clinical leadership to achieve organizational goals
  • Foster a culture of exceptional patient experience, service excellence, and innovation
  • Build strong partnerships with physicians and administrative leaders
  • Oversee team development, performance management, and organizational growth across practices
  • Promote the organization within the community and support brand awareness initiatives
  • Leverage data, insights, and operational expertise to inform strategic decision-making
  • Plan and execute initiatives that maximize efficiency, revenue, and overall performance
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven leadership experience in operations, with a strong track record of driving performance and growth
  • Experience managing healthcare operations; orthopedic experience is required.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site operations preferred
  • Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to translate data into action
  • Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams across clinical and operational functions
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
