You ll be the first dedicated Production Superintendent, leading 7-8 Foremen across a strong pipeline of commercial re-roofing projects. You ll have the authority to improve operations, develop your team and play a key role in the company s next stage of growth.

- Improve processes and field performance
- 10+ years in commercial roofing
- Leadership experience managing multiple crews
- Experience with EPDM, TPO/PVC, Modified Bitumen and BUR systems
- A hands-on leader who builds accountability and raises standards
