Blue Green Alliance Inc is looking for a CO-Manager in Springfield, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for all Non-Merchandising areas in the store, including backroom and front-end functions, as well as HR/Admin duties. You will act as the Store Manager in their absence and ensure that the store meets established budgets and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of management experience in a Big Box environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. This role requires flexibility regarding work hours and locations.
