You'll be the first dedicated Production Superintendent, leading 7-8 Foremen across a strong pipeline of commercial re-roofing projects. You'll have the authority to improve operations, develop your team and play a key role in the company's next stage of growth.

Your Role
- Lead production across multiple commercial roofing projects
- Manage and mentor 7-8 Foremen
- Drive quality, safety and productivity
- Bridge the gap between Project Managers and field operations
- Improve processes and field performance
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in commercial roofing
- Leadership experience managing multiple crews
- Experience with EPDM, TPO/PVC, Modified Bitumen and BUR systems
- A hands-on leader who builds accountability and raises standards
