Service Operations Manager
- Residential Mechanical Service
- Base Salary to 160k/year

Our client is a stable, growing residential home services company providing installation, maintenance, and repair services throughout the Yarmouth, Massachusetts area. They are seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead branch operations, drive revenue growth, improve operational performance, and support continued expansion throughout the Cape and Islands region.
This is a leadership opportunity for an operations-focused professional who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving processes, growing recurring revenue, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities- Lead the daily operations of a residential home services branch.
- Drive organic business growth through operational leadership, customer retention, and sales initiatives.
- Increase recurring revenue through service agreement and maintenance program growth.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and overall branch performance.
- Manage key customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee branch administrative operations, reporting, scheduling, and workflow management.
- Establish operational goals and create strategic plans to support continued business growth.
- Identify process improvements that enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and lead employees while fostering a collaborative, customer-first culture.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- 5+ years of experience in a residential home services environment.
- Experience serving in a Service Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, Branch Manager, or similar operational leadership role.
- Demonstrated success improving operational processes, increasing efficiency, and driving revenue growth.
- Experience growing recurring revenue through service agreements, maintenance programs, or customer retention initiatives.
- Strong leadership experience managing teams within a service-based business.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of branch operations and business performance.
- Base salary in the 130k - 160k/year range
- Annual performance-based bonus
