Program Supervisor - American Sign Language Required

Location:

Holyoke, MA. Full‑time, 40 hours per week.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑5:00 pm; occasional evenings and weekends. Salary: $30.28 hourly. Sign‑on bonus: $500 ($250 after first week of training, $250 after successful completion of first 90 days).

• Develop and oversee the effective operation of specific functions of the supported living program.
• Ensure all objectives are met and work alongside the Director to maintain operations within budgetary limits.
• Manage and supervise staff for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and/or Late Deafened program.
• Participate in management tasks for the office and provide backup support in other programs.

• Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) with a working knowledge of Deaf culture.
• Bachelor's degree with seven years of related experience, or master's degree with five years of related experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience or completion of an approved supervisory training program.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record, willingness to use personal vehicle for participant transport.
• Willingness to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices, and community organizations.
