Category Health Care## Description We are seeking a dynamic Area Manager to oversee daily operations for up to 10 outpatient healthcare centers. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll partner with Center Medical Directors in a dyad leadership model to ensure operational excellence, a superior patient experience, and engaged, high-performing teams. You’ll be responsible for driving results, managing performance, and implementing strategies that align with organizational goals.

* What You’ll Do:

*** Oversee and support multiple centers, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and service excellence
* Supervise and mentor Center Managers, Center Supervisors, and clinic support staff
* Develop and monitor center performance goals, metrics, and outcomes
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes for operational staff
* Ensure compliance with regulations, payer requirements, and internal policies
* Monitor patient flow, service delivery, and satisfaction; address and resolve escalated patient concerns
* Manage staffing schedules, resource utilization, and facility upkeep
* Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives
* Analyze market conditions and identify opportunities for referral growth and service expansion
* Oversee marketing, public relations, and community outreach efforts
* Prepare and interpret operational and financial reports to ensure budget adherence
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, efficiency, and patient outcomes

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years of management experience in a fast-paced medical office accepted in lieu of degree
* Proven success in multi-site operations leadership
* Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, patient experience, and operational metrics
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Ability to travel regularly between assigned centers
