Custom Wood Designs by Michael Marion Inc is seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker to join our high-quality woodworking team. This full-time, on-site position involves working in our clean, organized, and low-stress workshop to produce custom residential cabinetry and wood products. Our shop environment is professional, organized, and designed to allow our team to focus on building top-quality products without unnecessary stress. Quality is not just a goal—it’s our standard.

• Build and assemble custom wood cabinetry and components based on specifications and shop drawings.
• Operate woodworking machinery and power tools with a focus on precision and safety.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with accuracy.
• Perform finishing work such as sanding, trimming, and fitting to ensure flawless results.
• Maintain clean and organized work spaces at all times.
• Collaborate with the shop team to meet production deadlines.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies during all phases of work.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in woodworking or cabinet making preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong work ethic, fast learner, and motivated to build quality work.
• Well-rounded skill set in hand and power tool usage.
• Ability to read and follow shop drawings or instructions.
• Punctuality and professionalism are a must.
• Must adhere to company policies, including:
• Applicants may be tested for illegal drugs.
• Must punch out when leaving property.
• Must work the day before and after a holiday to receive holiday pay.
