Key Responsibilities:- Will complete construction, installation, and fitting of removable lips on cabinets for plastic and flexible faces including custom shapes
- Will grind all burs, install pop rivets, and notch welds on frames and trim.
- Complete mixing, applying, and sanding of plastic filler for trim
- Install service doors, raceways, sockets, wiring, hinged faces, cabinets, etc.
- Install ballasts; sheet metal work; use squaring shears.
- Work with bending brake, bender, finger brake, and other power tools.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Will ensure quality control to standards.
- Will keep an accurate daily record
- Meet company quality standards by completing control check sheets and documenting materials and time on work orders accurately.
- Follow all safety protocols, wearing required protective gear (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, earplugs).
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, techniques, and materials.
- Proficiency in reading drawings, and job specifications.
- Ability to operate and maintain machines and related equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
- Capable of standing for long periods; bending, kneeling, or squatting as needed during tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
