2nd Shift Industrial Mechanic

This is a full-time, on-site 2nd Shift Industrial Mechanic role located in Springfield, MA. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance. Duties include conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical issues, and working with equipment specific to the industrial and linen service sector. This role requires maintaining a safe and efficient work environment while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.

• Proficiency in Maintenance, Repair, and general upkeep of industrial equipment and machinery
• Experience working with industrial machinery, including troubleshooting and operational knowledge
• Familiarity with the industrial sector and expertise in handling various tools and equipment
• Ability to perform Milling and other mechanical tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of safety protocols and procedures in an industrial environment
• High school diploma or GED; a technical certification or vocational training in a related field is preferred
• Experience in preventive maintenance programs and technical documentation is a plus
