Mechanical Assembler (Basic Welding Experience) Position Overview
This role is responsible for assembling mechanical components and performing light welding tasks to support production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands‑on, and comfortable working with tools, equipment, and technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies per drawings and specifications
- Perform basic welding tasks (MIG/TIG/spot welding) as needed
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly work
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- 1–3 years of mechanical assembly experience
- Basic welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
