Perform Detailed Inspections:
Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections of metal components using precision measuring equipment.;
Utilize Precision Tools:
Calibrate and operate tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges to measure dimensions and tolerances.;
Document and Report:
Record inspection data, test results, and non-conformances; create detailed reports on defective parts.;
Maintain Quality Standards:
Ensure components meet company specifications and industry standards; assist in continuous improvement of quality control processes.;
Blueprint and Specification Reading:
Interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and schematics to understand part specifications and tolerances.
