Composite Straightener Operator
Finish Straightening Operator
Setting Operator
Coatings Operator
Carbide Grind Operator
Holesaw Weld Operator
Temper Operator
Auto Finishing Operator
Milling Operator
Punching Operator
Finished Wire Operator
Material Handling / Production Support

Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour (based on position and shift)

Schedules:
Multiple schedules are available, including:

1st Shift
2nd Shift
Overnight Shifts
Four-day workweeks (select positions)

What You'll Do:

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
Set up machines and perform changeovers
Load and unload raw materials and finished products
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
Use measuring tools such as gauges and micrometers
Follow production schedules and work instructions
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Complete production documentation and basic computer transactions

What We're Looking For:

Manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience with CNC equipment, welding, forklifts, SAP, or precision measuring tools is a plus for select positions
