Growth Marketing Manager (Mostly Remote – Must live in MA or Southern NH)

A growing, modern insurance brokerage is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to drive new business and revenue growth.
This is not a traditional insurance marketing role.
his is a demand generation + performance marketing position focused on building pipeline and scaling growth.
If you’ve driven measurable results in SaaS, tech, professional services, or B2B, this could be a strong fit.
What You’ll Do- Build and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns
- Own digital marketing strategy (paid, email, content, SEO, social)
- Optimize CRM and marketing automation systems
- Partner with sales to increase qualified pipeline
- Track campaign performance and improve ROI
- Strengthen messaging and brand positioning
You’ll work directly with leadership and have real influence on growth strategy.
What We’re Looking For- 3+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing
- Experience driving measurable pipeline or revenue growth
- Comfortable building systems and executing independently
👉 Insurance experience is NOT required.
We welcome candidates from tech, SaaS, agencies, and other B2B environments.
Location- Mostly remote
- Must reside in Massachusetts or Southern New Hampshire
