Renowned for their premium products, they are a major player in equine and pet care, dedicated to improving the well‑being of companion animals and livestock through top‑quality, innovative health and wellness solutions! They are looking for a Brand Manager – Pet to shape brand strategy, contribute to new product development, implement omni‑channel promotions, and serve as the product expert to boost sales.

This is a highly visible role in the organization.

• Develop brand strategy, plans, and promotional programs.
• Manage P&L to meet sales and profit goals, adapting strategies as needed.
• Analyze performance data, providing insights for growth.
• Execute brand plans with teams and agencies, overseeing communications, compliance, and budgets.
• Optimize marketing campaigns using performance insights.
• Build annual budgets and forecasts.
• Serve as product expert, ensuring quality and a strong consumer experience.
• Support sales with training, materials, and trade events.
• Contribute to product innovation and market assessments.

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
• A minimum of five years marketing/brand management experience in the CPG space (pet/animal health experience highly preferred!)
• Ability to analyze P&L's and sales reports
• Attention to detail
• Project management and leadership skills
• Ability to be in the office three days a week (Greater Springfield, MA area)
• Ability to travel 15% of the time

$95,000 - $110,000
