Masis Professional Group has partnered with a nationally accredited association management company based in Springfield, MA, that partners with local and national clients, including professional societies, trade associations, and nonprofit organizations. We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven professional to join our marketing team. Our work makes a measurable impact, helping associations grow membership, drive event participation, and promote industries on a larger stage.
We work hard, collaborate closely, and like to laugh along the way.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of association clients. You’ll represent the marketing function in client and committee meetings, listen to their goals, and turn them into campaigns that drive tangible results. One day, you might be crafting a membership retention plan, the next, you could be leading a consumer-facing campaign that changes public perception of an industry.
You’ll balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, making sure every campaign is smart, creative, and measurable.
You’re a natural strategist who also enjoys getting into the details. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day looks different. You know how to listen to client priorities and turn them into creative campaigns with clear KPIs. You’re equally comfortable presenting ideas in a Board meeting, coaching junior staff, or analyzing performance data. Most of all, you want your work to have an impact—helping associations prove value to their members and influence how industries are seen in the world.
