Join Repligen as a Strategic Marketing Manager for Chromatography. In this role you will develop and execute data‑driven global marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth for our chromatography portfolio.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated global marketing plans based on customer segmentation, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Lead multi‑channel campaigns that increase product adoption, generate high‑quality MQLs, and support pipeline growth.
- Build and manage the customer‑facing story, simplifying complex chromatography technologies into clear, differentiated value propositions.
- Create and deliver high‑impact content across digital, web, events, and sales enablement channels.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Commercial, Applications, and Digital teams to align on priorities, messaging, and execution.
- Manage campaign execution, including timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional coordination.
- Track performance using KPIs and analytics, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Support trade shows, webinars, and customer‑facing programs that position the chromatography portfolio within the broader Repligen offering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of marketing experience in life sciences, biopharma, or bioprocessing technologies.
- Experience supporting product commercialization and demand generation programs.
- Strong understanding of market segmentation, competitive analysis, and value proposition development.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, customer‑focused messaging.
- Experience executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content).
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data and KPIs to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and content development skills.
Estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States: $96,732 – $148,323. Compensation decisions depend on qualifications, location, internal equity, and market data. Eligible for variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and possibly equity. Benefits include paid time off, health/dental/vision, retirement benefits, and flexible spending accounts.
