We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Campaign Manager to drive integrated growth marketing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. This role will own digital campaigns, support field marketing execution, and deliver clear performance reporting and insights. This is a hands‑on role that blends strategy with execution and optimization.
What You’ll Do- Demand Generation & Campaign Execution: plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns across digital, field, and partner channels; own end‑to‑end campaign execution from strategy through reporting and optimization; run always‑on programs including webinars, email nurture, and content syndication.
- Align campaigns with sales priorities and GTM initiatives.
- Lead webinar strategy, execution, and performance.
- Optimization & Performance: optimize campaigns for lead quality, conversion, and pipeline impact.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
partner with sales on lead follow‑up and campaign alignment; work with marketing ops on tracking, attribution, and execution; collaborate with field and partner teams for coordinated programs.
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline through integrated campaigns.
- Experience across digital marketing programs.
- Strong analytical skills with focus on performance and ROI.
- Experience with tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, and Zoom Info.
- Strong project management and cross‑functional execution skills.
