The right candidate will blend strategy development with a focus on hands‑on execution, owning marketing output and driving cross‑functional coordination required to move the business forward.

This role is ideal for a strong communicator who loves simplifying complex topics, collaborating across teams, and ensuring content is high‑quality, accurate, and aligned to business goals.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain a content strategy that supports B2B marketing, broker engagement, and employer communications.
  • Translate business objectives into content plans that support acquisition, retention, product utilization, and brand awareness.
  • Identify content gaps and new opportunities across channels and buyer stages.
  • Maintain and drive an annual marketing content roadmap, aligning initiatives to company growth priorities and execution timelines.
Content Development
  • Write and edit a wide range of assets including proposals and RFP responses, broker and employer communications, sales enablement content (one‑pagers, pitch decks, comparison sheets), product marketing materials, and blog content.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, on‑brand, and aligned with regulatory requirements and product positioning.
  • Standardize and refine all customer‑facing materials, including selling collateral and sales tools.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Client Management, and Subject Matter Experts to gather information and create content to understand and communicate company’s value propositions.
  • Collaborate with design teams on layout, visual storytelling, and digital asset development.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to identify and secure placements on the right digital platforms and advertising campaign approaches to raise awareness among key decision‑makers.
  • Support initiatives such as website refresh/redesign, SEO/GEO strategy, and targeted digital advertising to support top‑of‑funnel growth.
  • Support cross‑functional initiatives, including product launches, campaigns, and client communications.
Content Governance
  • Maintain brand voice, editorial standards, and messaging consistency across all channels.
  • Participate in content reviews to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Manage content calendars and project timelines.
Performance & Optimization
  • Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to refine strategies.
  • Use insights to improve content relevance, readability, and conversion impact.
  • Regularly communicate goals, progress, risks, and resource needs to leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, marketing communications, or a related role with a proven track record in B2B strategy and collateral development.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills and a data‑driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong examples of customer‑facing collateral demonstrating experience and success in a similar role.
  • Ability to simplify technical or complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with experience juggling multiple deadlines.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally and building strong relationships with subject matter experts.
