Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Attend client meetings and manage ongoing communications
- Manage client expectations and troubleshoot issues as needed
Project Management & Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to execute deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met
- Develop meeting agendas, status reports, and recaps
- Contribute to the development of creative briefs
Communication & Deliverables
- Craft professional communications for clients, vendors, and partners
- Proofread and edit deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports
Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct basic analysis of client performance and business results
- Present insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients
Administrative & Team Collaboration
- Maintain project documentation and status updates
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution
- Support senior account team members on strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or related field
- Strong organizational, writing, and presentation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment
- Familiarity with Hub Spot or inbound marketing methodologies

Base Salary: Starting at $65,000 Benefits Include:
