Account Service Representative

The Account Service Representative serves as the primary day-to-day liaison between clients and internal teams. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • Attend client meetings and manage ongoing communications
  • Manage client expectations and troubleshoot issues as needed

Project Management & Execution

  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to execute deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met
  • Develop meeting agendas, status reports, and recaps
  • Contribute to the development of creative briefs

Communication & Deliverables

  • Craft professional communications for clients, vendors, and partners
  • Proofread and edit deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports

Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct basic analysis of client performance and business results
  • Present insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients

Administrative & Team Collaboration

  • Maintain project documentation and status updates
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution
  • Support senior account team members on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational, writing, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment
  • Familiarity with Hub Spot or inbound marketing methodologies
