Responsibilities

  • Lead the Business Marketing function as the central point of accountability for integrating business and marketing priorities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs that align to business objectives and deliver measurable results
  • Work in close collaboration with business leaders across product and segment teams to ensure marketing strategies are tightly connected to business goals, customer needs, and growth priorities
  • Drive alignment across strategy, planning, and execution to create consistent, high-impact outcomes
  • Evolve an audience‑first messaging strategy across the Fidelity consumer portfolio
  • Orchestrate integrated marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels to support customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and loyalty
  • Define how offerings are positioned and brought to market across customer segments and lifecycle stages
  • Guide the development of strategic and creative work, and ensure coordinated execution across all marketing touchpoints
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team, including a direct report responsible for overseeing the strategy and development of the firm’s loyalty program
Requirements
  • 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with demonstrated success leading integrated, multi-channel marketing (paid, owned, and earned) in complex organizations
  • Proven marketing leader with strong experience owning end‑to‑end marketing strategy, planning, and execution aligned to business goals
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives, performance insights, and customer needs into actionable marketing programs
  • Experienced people leader who builds, coaches, and develops high‑performing teams with clear accountability and growth focus
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and collaborate effectively across business, product, and segment leadership teams
  • Deep understanding of customer insights, research, and analytics, with an ability to apply data to inform decisions and optimize performance
  • Track record of delivering customer‑centric experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty, ideally within financial services or similarly complex industries
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across marketing, product, analytics, and senior executive levels
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly structure recommendations, influence decisions, and present to executive audiences
  • Authentic and inclusive leader who fosters innovation, continuous learning, and a culture of collaboration and results
