Regional Coordinator – Western Massachusetts
Location: Western Massachusetts (Remote / Hybrid with travel across the region)
Reports to: Director of Peer Programming
Employment Type: Part-Time
Hours: 15-20 hours per week with potential for more
Hourly Rate: $21/hour

OverviewThe Regional Coordinator – Western Massachusetts will serve as the key point of contact for program operations, volunteers, student staff, and community partners in the region. This individual will oversee program execution, hire and support student staff, and ensure high-quality, inclusive experiences for participants. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about building inclusive communities.
Responsibilities- Program Coordination:
Manage day-to-day operations of programs in Western Massachusetts, ensuring they run smoothly and align with organizational standards. - Support scheduling and staffing of events, activities, and mentoring programs.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain student staff and peer mentors in the region.
- Serve as a point of contact for student staff, mentors, and volunteers, providing guidance, supervision, and troubleshooting support.
- Participant Engagement:
Foster strong relationships with participants and their families. - Monitor participant needs and ensure individualized supports are implemented.
- Community Outreach:
Build and maintain partnerships with local colleges, community organizations, and service providers. - Represent You’re With Us! at community events, workshops, and meetings.
- Reporting & Administration:
Track program metrics, attendance, and outcomes. - Provide regular updates to the Director of Peer Programming on regional activities and needs.
- Experience working in nonprofit, education, or disability services preferred.
- Experience supervising or hiring students or volunteers is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
- Comfortable working with diverse populations and creating inclusive environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Passion for inclusion and community-building.

- Comfort using digital tools for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
