18 Degrees is seeking a dedicated Mentor Coordinator to train and support volunteer mentors, matching them one-to-one with youth in our programs. You will listen to and support adults and youth through challenging conversations and report to the Director of Volunteer Services.
Responsibilities include mentor recruitment, mentee recruitment, follow-up with families, planning trainings and community activities, and maintaining documentation and success stories.
