Baystate Health, the only academic medical center and tertiary care provider in Western Massachusetts, is seeking skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our growing Anesthesia team in Springfield, MA.

Position Highlights

• Diverse Case Mix: Practice across a wide range of cases at a Level I Trauma Center alongside anesthesiologists, residents, and fellow CRNAs
• Flexible Scheduling: Choose 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts with full-time and part-time options
• Work-Life Balance: No Sundayseverand very limited Saturdays
• Subspecialty Exposure: Opportunities to work with dedicated teams in Acute Pain, Cardiovascular, Pediatric, Regional Anesthesia, and more
