, is seeking skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our growing Anesthesia team in Springfield, MA
.

• Diverse Case Mix: Practice across a wide range of cases at a Level I Trauma Center alongside anesthesiologists, residents, and fellow CRNAs
• Flexible Scheduling: Choose 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts with full-time and part-time options
• Work-Life Balance: No Sundayseverand very limited Saturdays
• Subspecialty Exposure: Opportunities to work with dedicated teams in Acute Pain, Cardiovascular, Pediatric, Regional Anesthesia, and more
• Academic Environment: Participate in regular Anesthesia Grand Rounds and continuing education opportunities

• Generous Sign-On Bonus or monthly stipend for SRNAs (employment with Baystate Health required)
• 8 weeks of PTO plus 7 paid holidays
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000
• Competitive base salary: $277,000 - $287,000
